At the BRHA we enjoy coming up with creative ways to foster staff engagement and comradery. We have a staff events committee that meets to plan out the yearly festivities. This year’s lineup includes a Pie(Pi) Day potluck and more. In February we hosted an “Around the World” potluck. Each participating staff member was assigned a different country, and chose the dish they most wanted to share and try. Offerings included Russian Olive Salad and Pirozhki with Potatoes, Swedish Meatballs, Irish Cabbage and Bacon, Peruvian Peplan de Choclo, Poutine from Canada, Flan from Mexico, and more. Of course the meal couldn’t be complete without the U.S. representation of hotdogs with chili sauce.
