Sapling Grove consists of twenty-six, garden style duplex units on Clinton Ave. Updates to the community over the past two years include the planting of shade trees, a new trash receptacle, and most recently a sidewalk expansion. The expansion was added at the request of Sapling Grove residents, making the community more handicap accessible.
