We are so proud of our own Lynn Pannell, Resident Services Manager, who gave a terrific presentation at the Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development Officials (VAHCDO) Annual Conference in Norfolk this past month. Lynn spoke about the BRHA EnVision Center and its many partner agencies as well as the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program. Remember, those public housing residents who choose to participate in FSS can build an escrow account with increases in earned income that create rent increases. Being able to save dollars while meeting goals is a great way to get ahead. Lynn, we are so grateful to have you on our team!
