The Find A Way Plus Program is designated for the elderly/disabled that are residents of BRHA. This program was put in place to help this population stay as independent as possible by offering them case management, where we assess needs, link to appropriate services, and monitor progress as well as offering a variety of activities (pre-COVID). The elderly/disabled can thrive in the comfort of their own home, while keeping their mind, body, and spirit active!
