On October 10, 2019, BRHA helds its inaugural Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Landlord Briefing. Led by BRHA HCV Coordinator, Ms. Christy Napier, and Mr. Seth Allen with the Southwest Virginia Legal Aid Society, information was shared about how the Housing Choice Voucher program operates, along with laws and other vital information related to participating Landlords.
