BRHA recently initiated a staff Health & Wellness Challenge, “Climb Your Way To Better Health”, a 6-month healthy eating, exercise, supportive….. FUN CHALLENGE!!
Together, the team has acquired healthier eating habits, a wonderful supportive network, AND so far has lost a combined 38 pounds since the program’s inception on January 14th.
BRHA residents are encouraged to start their own health & wellness challenge and compete with us. We will post healthy tips, recipes, and supportive tidbits and articles about getting and staying healthy, so check back on www.brha.com often!
