A Beyond Housing contractor will soon begin the construction of Goodson Hills. This construction will begin Thursday, June 19, 2025. The “old Bonham Circle” parking spaces where the empty lot is across from Rice Terrace S building will be closed and tenants will not be able to park there when the construction starts.

A Beyond Housing contractor will soon begin the construction of Goodson Hills. The rough layout of the fencing will be performed Thursday, June 19, 2025. This fencing will be taking the parking lot directly behind building O and the parking spots beside the Goodson Hills lot. Residents will need to find alternative parking locations.
The dumpster in this parking lot will be moved to the side of O building near the laundry mat. The mailboxes for this building will be moved down Oakview Avenue approximately 40 yards. These relocations of the dumpster & mailboxes are only temporary while the construction of Goodson Hills is being carried out.
