Beyond Housing is excited to announce the official groundbreaking for its newest development known as Goodson Hills. It will take place on Wednesday, June 18th, at 10:00 a.m. directly across Oakview Avenue from the office located at 120 Hope Lane. The site for Goodson Hills originally housed 26 units of public housing (part of Bonham Circle) that was demolished in 2018/2019. The new development will consist of 23, 3-bedroom, units funded largely with state funded tax credits (HOTC–Housing Opportunities through Tax Credits) and financial backing from the Bank of Tennessee.
