The Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority (BRHA) announces that on January 19, 2025, the PHA shall make available for public review draft copies of components of its updated Administrative Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), and accompanying dwelling lease. A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority administrative offices located at 120 Hope Lane, Bristol, VA 24201. At this time, the Authority will receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of the documents.
Anyone wishing to make comments may attend this hearing. Written comments are also permitted and may be made to the attention of the Executive Director/CEO at lisa@brha.com or mailed to the address noted in the above paragraph for the public hearing. The documents will be available Monday though Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the PHA office located at 120 Hope Lane, Bristol, VA 24201 for a period of no less than 30 days.
