Bristol Vice-Mayor Jake Holmes, who is also the Bristol City Council liaison to the BRHA Board of Commissioners, was recently appointed to the State Executive Council for Children’s Services by Governor Glenn Youngkin. Vice-Mayor Holmes is also the External Affairs Manager for Appalahian Power. We know he will do a fantastic job! Congratulations Vice-Mayor Holmes!!
