The BRHA Leadership Team recently had a one day retreat to focus on mission, vision, and goals. It was a great opportunity to concentrate on both short and long term plans to achieve these goals. We discussed, we laughed, we cried, we disagreed, we agreed, and we made progress to move the agency forward! It was a time to gel as a group as we considered the mountains we must move.
