Studies show that one third of your life is spent at work, averaging around 90,000 hours over a lifetime, making your work family a significant part of your life. Team outings are important because they help strengthen the relationship between employees, improve their productivity, build trust, and improve performance. The BRHA team recently gathered at Pins and Friends on State Street in Bristol for a round of duck bowling. It was a fantastic way to connect and hit “refresh”, before continuing with our mission to provide safe, attractive, affordable housing assistance to those in need. We should add that our maintenance department has some true competitors. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we would like to thank Pins and Friends for hosting us!
