Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority is now equipped with a call service to assist with the handling of all maintenance work order calls. Please call (276) 642-2006 for all maintenance issues. Callers must remain on the line until a representative answers the call, during business hours this may take a few moments. There is a forty five second introduction followed by a silent pause before a representative will come onto the line. When reporting information to the representative, please make sure to only use the new 911 addresses. All emergency maintenance work orders will be responded to within 24 hours. Below is a list of work order task that qualify as maintenance emergencies. We hope that this new service will allow for a better tenant experience and efficient maintenance coordination!
