Preventative and reactive maintenance means happy tenants in well cared for homes. BRHA has recently reorganized their maintenance department for a more efficient work flow. We have created a Unit Turn Around Team, which will speed up the process that allows a unit to be ready for a new tenant to move in after a vacancy. We also have a team dedicated to regular maintenance and a Special Projects Lead for specialty jobs. If you see any of these individuals out, please make sure to give them a “Thank you” for all of their hard work.
