A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority administrative offices located at 120 Hope Lane Bristol, VA 24201. At this time, the Authority will receive and consider any and all comments about the update to the maintenance charge list and amendments to the Administrative Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) to include required HOTMA changes regarding over income residents and changes to the pet policy. We will also be considering Moving to Work (MTW) amendment to supplement #2 to allow for increased flexibility regarding development plans.
