Tammy comes to Big Brothers Big Sisters with a bachelor’s in psychology and 25+ years’ service in the Bristol Community. She was employed by YWCA Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia for 24 years as Programs Management, Staff Management, Grant Writer, Event and Fundraising Planner, and Community Liaison for the organization. Her love for the community and children made her transition to Big Brother Big Sisters an easy one. Tammy’s office is now housed at The EnVision Center where her focus will be recruiting both “Bigs” (mentors) and “Littles” (kids). She is proud to support the organization in their mantra, Defenders of Potential.
