The Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority (“The Authority”) is requesting proposals
from qualified firms to provide services of legal counsel to represent the Authority in various
Mixed Finance & Public Funded Development Projects and their associated legal matters,
including but not limited to, Operating Agreements, Development Agreements, Partnership
Agreements, Ground Lease Agreements, HUD Declaration of Trusts, Financial
Agreements, Closing, Contracts, and other related activity in an Indefinite Quantity

Evaluation and selection of the legal firm will be in accordance with the evaluation criteria
specified in the RFP. Proposals are due November 3, 2022 by 4:00 P.M. EST. Proposals will be held in
confidence and not released in any manner until after contract award.

Comments on specifications or other provisions in the RFP are due no later than 4:00 P.M.
EST on October 24, 2022.

Interested and qualified Firms that can successfully demonstrate their ability to perform the
specified or indicated work are invited to submit proposals. Minority and women owned
