Bids/Proposals Being Accepted for HVAC Upgrades, Exterior Site Improvements, and Audit Services

BRHA is accepting sealed BIDS for the HVAC Upgrades in the Common Areas of Jones Manor and Stant Hall, for the Exterior Site Improvements of the Rice Terrace, Johnson Court and select Mosby Homes and proposals to serve as the Authority’s auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022.

The Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority will accept sealed BIDS for the HVAC Upgrades in the Common Areas of Jones Manor and Stant Hall (VA2-5) development located in Bristol, Virginia. The project shall consist of, but be not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required for HVAC Upgrades in the Common Areas of the Jones Manor building and the Stant Hall building, and all associated work as specified in and shown in detail in the plans and specifications of the contract documents. A pre-bid conference will be held on March 10, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority office. All prospective bidders are urged to attend. Non-attendance on the part of the bidder shall not relieve the bidder of any responsibility for adherence to any of the provisions of this IFB. Bids are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on April 7, 2022, at Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority, 120 Hope Lane (formerly 809 Edmond Street), Bristol, VA 24201 and then publicly opened and read aloud. The Bristol Redevelopment & Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms to serve as
the Authority’s auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022.
A copy of the RFP may be picked up at the offices of BRHA or by email with written request. Proposals
will be due by 4:30 p.m. EST on April 15, 2022. Questions concerning this RFP should be directed in
