BRHA is transitioning to a new software called Yardi. Yardi PHA Portals provide convenient, online access to an array of key services for our applicants, residents, and landlord partners.
As we move forward with the new Yardi Software, we want to remind everyone what is in store. Please make sure that your current email address is on file with the office. Having an email on file will provide convenient, online access to all the services available through the portal.
Portal Access for landlords:
- Basic owner profile information
- Ledgers
- Caseworker information
- Information on scheduled and completed inspections
- Information on units
- Direct payment setup
- Access to electronic attachments
- Online form downloads
- Newsletters and messages
Portal Access for Tenants:
- Basic resident profile information
- Review of resident details, including income, assets, and expenses
- Review of pending verifications
- Access to resident ledger
- Access to Housing Assistance Payments
- Information on scheduled and completed inspections
- FSS information, including ledger and escrow statement
- Service requests and work order history
- Online forms and electronic attachments for download
The estimated date to go live with Yardi is February 25th. Portal access won’t be available until a later date, and we will provide information on that as we receive it.
