BRHA Resident Commissioner, Denise Franklin, happily celebrated her new home with a ribbon cutting event in August. Franklin successfully completed BRHA’s Family Self-Sufficiency Program, known as Find-A-Way, which helped to build funds toward a down payment, and she utilized the services of the Virginia Housing Mobile Mortgage Van to access a low interest mortgage loan. Her dedication and tenacity helped her achieve her ultimate goal of homeownership! Congratulations, Denise! We are so very proud of your accomplishment.
