BRHA welcomes our new Self Sufficiency Specialist, Victoria Morenings. Victoria is energetic and ready to help our residents find employment and become more stable. A graduate of ETSU with a degree in Social Work, she has been employed in this field for more than two years.
Victoria’s office is located at our EnVision Center. She is ready to help residents to connect to resources for improving quality of life.
