Our Administrative Offices front entrance (lobby) has temporarily closed to the general public at this time for the safety of our visitors and guests. However, we do have staff available to answer your questions by phone at this time and for assistance in applying for housing. As an alternate method for rent payments, Drop Boxes have been installed at BRHA’s main office (front door) located at 809 Edmond Street and adjacent to the elevator entrance at Jones Manor and Stant Hall. We strongly encourage checks or money orders only. Receipts will be mailed. Residents may also continue to mail their rent payments to 809 Edmond Street, Bristol, VA 24201, or make payment at Regions Bank located at 840 State Street, Bristol, TN 37620.
Signs and labels have been placed on and above the boxes stating that these boxes are for rent collection only, and all rent payments must be placed in an envelope and properly identified with the resident’s name and address.
