BRHA Executive Director Lisa Porter participated on a panel addressing the topic of “Tackling the Public Housing Crisis Through Innovation” at the 2019 Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference, held in Hampton Virginia on November 21, 2019. This year’s conference broke the attendance record with more than 1,000 registrations.
In addition, Ms. Porter was a panelist at the VHDA “Fundamentals of Housing Development” held November 6, 2019, at the Higher Education Center in Abingdon, Virginia. She has been sharing Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s story with industry colleagues.
