Garden Box Project & Raised Beds Off To A Fabulous Start!

Our Garden Box Project, generously funded by Rotary Bristol, and lovingly cared for by the Residents at Sapling Grove and Rice Terrace, are doing very well and will soon be producing tasty, nutritious food. The raised beds at Jones Manor and Stant Hall likewise are looking beautiful!! The participants of this endeavor, both at Jones Manor & Stant Hall, including the Garden Boxes, are those who are a part of our Find-A-Way+ Program. If folks are elderly or have a disability and would like to join the Find-A-Way+ Program, they may call Ms. Vickie Green at (276) 821-6269.

“Hats-Off” to all those who worked so hard at preparing the Earth Boxes. Everyone had lots of fun “playing” in the dirt!

Hello, Ms. Betty!!
“Plant Me!!”
The folks at Appalachian Sustainable Development (ASD) are so helpful and informative. The partnership that we have enjoyed with ASD has been going on for about 5 years!! They are a valuable partner for BRHA.
