Ms. Lynn Pannell, BRHA Resident Services Manager, represented BRHA at the Virginia Association of Housing & Community Development Officials (VAHCDO) Annual Conference by participating on a panel about non-traditional partnerships.
BRHA was recognized for “Website of the Year” and “Newsletter of the Year” in the Large PHA category during the Scholarship Luncheon. This was accepted by Ms. Lisa Porter, BRHA Executive Director, and Ms. Lynn Pannell, BRHA Resident Services Manager.
