On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, a Virginia Residential Landlord And Tenant Act – Fair Housing Seminar was provided to approximately 30 participants including several BRHA staff.
This annual training event, sponsored by the Virginia Association of Housing & Community Development Officials (VAHCDO), was facilitated by Mr. John G. “Chip” Dicks, III, President – FutureLaw Real Estate School, LLC.
Mr. Dicks, President, FutureLaw Real Estate School, LLC, practices law primarily in the areas of real estate, land use, and landlord and tenant matters. A former member of the Virginia House of Delegates, 66th District, from 1983 – 1989, he is a frequent contributor to industry publications and has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Virginia since 1977.
