BRHA Designated As High Performer

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) notified BRHA on December 20th that it has been confirmed to be a High Performer under HUD’s Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) for fiscal year ended 3/31/2017. BRHA scored 92 out of a total 100 points in the PHAS evaluation system. High performers are afforded incentives that include relief from reporting and other requirements, as described in 24 CFR § 902.71.
