Ten days after Hurricane Maria ravaged Puerto Rico, the governor approved a moratorium on rent payments for those in public housing as the island struggles to recover.
Our hearts go out to those who are suffering after this past month’s devastating hurricanes. Let us all be thankful for those blessings that we sometimes take for granted: the well-being of our families, our homes, and a hot meal on the table.
