The Member Resident Scholarship Program sponsored by Housing Authority Insurance, Inc. (HAI), has been providing scholarships to public and housing choice voucher residents since 2003. To date, more than $800,000 has been awarded to over 320 residents. The 2016 Member Resident Scholarship Program is currently underway, offering 50 scholarships worth $2,500 each.
