Demolition has begun at the former Bonham Circle Apartments site on Oakview Avenue. BRHA is one step closer to creating a new affordable housing complex in Bristol. When constructed, the new “Village at Oakview” will provide 48 new apartments for families — two- and three-bedroom, energy-efficient apartments with all the amenities!! We are submitting our application for funding assistance through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program next week.
