BRHA designated as High Performer

Bristol Redevelopment & Housing Authority

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) notified the Bristol Redevelopment & Housing Authority (BRHA) on 1/26/2017 that it has been confirmed to be a High Performer under HUD’s Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) for its fiscal year ended 3/31/2016. BRHA scored 94 out of a total 100 points in the PHAS evaluation system. High performers are afforded incentives that include relief from reporting and other requirements, as described in 24 CFR § 902.71. THE BRISTOL REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY WILL PROVIDE SAFE, ATTRACTIVE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND THE OPPORTUNITY FOR FAMILIES AND OTHERS IN NEED TO ACHIEVE A HIGHER STANDARD OF LIVING.
