Work Completed and In Progress

The Capital Investment Department has been busy with several projects.  With the award of the Federal Stimulus Funds through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), BRHA was able to move some of the projects listed in our five-year plan forward.  These projects include:

• New automatic-open entrance doors at both Jones Manor and Stant Hall –Project Completed
• Repair/replacement of gutters and downspouts in the Rice Terrace and Johnson Court developments—Work is in Progress
• Replacement of window panels at Jones Manor and Stant Hall
• Replacement of the existing fire alarm systems in both Jones Manor and Stant Hall with-Project completed
• Repairs to the roof at the administration building-Work Completed

The renovation of 20 units in the Mosby Home Development is slated to begin in June.
