BRHA operates 401 public housing units.  Among the units we have two high- rise buildings that houses elderly, singles and couples with no children.  Their features include:  air conditioning, elevators, new windows, a lounge and a laundromat.

As everyone can see from the construction site, Sapling Grove Apartments are near completion.  The one and two bedroom units have washers/dryers, dishwashers, range, refrigerators and much more!

How To Apply For Public Housing

Application Form

An application may be picked up during regular office hours, the application has the dates and times that applicant interviews will take place.  You will be asked to  come into the office on one of the application days to be interviewed.

The following items are needed on the day of your interview

Bring to Interview:

• Verification of income/assets
• Rent Receipt
• Utility Printout
