The Mission Statement for BRHA

The Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority will provide safe, attractive, affordable housing and housing assistance and the opportunity for families and others in need to achieve a higher standard of living.

Thanks to the Stimulus Funds Received by BRHA Work Is Completed on Several Projects:

The new entrance doors at Jones Manor and Stant Hall have been installed and not only do they look nice, they add safety and are more efficient for the residents.  Entrance to these buildings are by key card and visitors must be permitted by a resident.  Add Pictures

These 2 buildings also received an upgrade to the fire alarm system.

Don’t the buildings look nice in the Rice Terrace and Johnson Court developments?  Exterior of the buildings in both developments have been painted.  Repairs were made to the guttering and trim.  Add Pictures

The Maintenance Department has been really busy this summer, working on playgrounds, trimming trees, and improving the “curb appeal” at all developments.  A big THANKS to the maintenance department! 

Work is progressing great at the Mosby Home Development.  Twenty of the smaller units received new HVAC systems.  New roofs, guttering, and trim is being installed.
