BRHA’s newest housing development, The Village at Oakview, will assist with the growing need for safe, attractive, and affordable housing for the Bristol community. When fully completed in early 2018, The Village at Oakview will have a total of 48 units with an even mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Seven buildings are currently available and five units have been rented.
Apartments are “garden style” with 24 first floor units and 24 second floor, walk-up units. All first floor units are barrier-free, and 6 apartments are designed to be totally accessible. The Village at Oakview will also be a SMOKE-FREE development.
Rental applications are being accepted in-person at the BRHA Main Office, 809 Edmond Street Bristol VA, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F.
