Note: VAHCDO’s annual Legal and Policy Seminar, held this year at the Omni Resort and Conference Center in Richmond, Virginia, November 30 – December 1, aims to equip participants in promoting excellence in employee performance, managing the complexities of change, developing strategic initiatives, advocating on the federal and state level, critical thinking and use of evidence-based best practices. Attendees were honored to hear Adrianne Todman, CEO of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), give insights from the national battle in our nation’s capital. Numerous speakers provided informative updates on current legal topics and emerging issues that affect our industry.
