BRHA to Celebrate Opening of New Pavilion with Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

The Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority (BRHA) will commemorate the grand opening of its new pavilion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, July 11, at 10 a.m. BRHA staff constructed the pavilion at the request of the agency’s residents. The pavilion can be found behind Jones Manor, which is located at 314 W. Mary St. in Bristol, Virginia. Dave Baldwin, BRHA’s executive director, will be joined by the housing authority’s board of commissioners for the event.
